The director explained almost everything and was so kind, which I really liked. They also measured my eye length while explaining and were one of the places that absolutely told me to remove my contact lenses. They explained things in detail, which I liked. It was hard to find a date, and if the schedule had matched I would have wanted to do it, but I ended up not being able to.
