The hospital is fairly clean. The director is kind, and the consultation manager felt a bit like they were rushing through the consultation. I asked about functional nose surgery, and they said it wasn’t necessary. Not sure if it can’t be done or if it just doesn’t need to be done. It just felt like they didn’t really want to do it. My nose is very ordinary, so I’m worried, but I did get a surgery consultation and booked the surgery.
