The desk staff's attitude was unfriendly, and I strongly felt they didn't want to be working. Personally, I think the doctor's skill is important, but when considering ongoing aftercare and follow-up visits after surgery, the clinic's system is also important. Here, the director was actually very proactive in the consultation, but the staff's attitude was the opposite, very passive. I was told that my preferences and the image I was aiming for couldn't be reflected at all in the consultation, so I decided not to have the surgery and came away with the impression that this was a clinic I didn't want to visit because of the staff's attitude.
