The lifting itself went well.. The nasolabial folds were smoothed out. Because I have a face with some empty space on the side of my cheekbones, my face looked even bigger. When you lift and attach it toward the cheekbone area, that side gets wider. I think overall aesthetics matter, not just looking at one area.
