A case where I was dragged there by my mom and just lay down. My first surgery was a full incision lol what was that courage... The result was sausage eyes. Probably caused by too much fat removal + deep fixation and a high line. ++I didn't ask for a high line. Deep-set eyes, thick skin, lots of fat, and a relatively narrow eye-to-brow distance. I was careless and went ahead without researching anything, but I do think the surgery was done in a one-size-fits-all way without considering these conditions. I'm writing this after avoiding the way my eyes looked for about 5 years, finally pulling myself together and looking into revision surgery.
