This surgery leaves me with more disappointment than satisfaction, but if before surgery it was completely flat, after surgery it feels like I gained a tiny bit of volume. If before surgery the top of my head and the back of my head were almost at a right angle, now it feels rounder, so even if there isn’t a huge amount of volume, the shape has improved. After surgery, nobody noticed. You can see a little more difference when my hair is tied up than when it’s down. No pain from day 4-5 onward. If I had to compare it, it would be like an AAA cup becoming an AA cup. Maybe because I had high expectations after looking at the before-and-after photos, but the actual volume after my surgery fell far short of my expectations, so I was really disappointed. It’s currently day 5, and when the back of my head presses against something like a pillow, it hurts a little, so I’m avoiding leaning on it except when sleeping. +It has been two months, and the hair loss that appeared after surgery shows no sign of recovering.
