Putting everything else aside, it seems like the director only does easy noses... This is the first hospital I’ve heard of where they said the surgery would be difficult... It’s true that they’re conscientious and kind. But I think I understand why there are good aftercare reviews here and no bad comments: they simply don’t operate on people who seem likely to cause problems
