I clearly booked a consultation with the director I wanted to see, but on the day I only consulted with the consultation manager. I didn’t even get to talk to the director. The consultation with the manager itself wasn’t particularly professional either, and they just looked at my face and said it seemed like this would do, so I didn’t trust it. If you’re going to get a consultation here, I’d recommend confirming in advance whether you’ll actually see the director. For reference, all the other hospitals I visited had director consultations.
