Everyone was kind, even the desk staff. The manager only said the necessary things. The director seems like a cheerful person, but he has a very blunt way of speaking. For me, who was worried about surgery and values safety, he said I was weak-willed and that even if I had surgery I might still worry and even file complaints. I paid the 50,000-won consultation fee, but instead of seeing a facial CT analysis or getting an explanation of the surgical method, he told me to get my family’s permission first and come back;; he showed a ton of before-and-after photos though. Compared with the consultation fee, the consultation was below expectations. I went there having paid for a consultation whether or not I would have surgery, but to me, only my passive attitude was pointed out, which annoyed me. I understand the confidence in the surgery, though.
