I went thinking about a forehead lift, and if necessary, I was also considering forehead reduction. I first discussed my concerns with the coordinator and then had a consultation with the doctor. They checked right away whether my eyes were suitable for a forehead lift, pulling here and there to see. They did recommend the forehead lift, but they didn't really recommend reduction and said it would be better to get some kind of hairline procedure instead, so I booked only the forehead lift. There are two people, maybe the representative and the coordinator, and both were thorough and kind. There was only one doctor, but it didn't feel like they were in such a rush that they were pushing me, so that was fine.
