A typical large factory-style dermatology clinic. I used to go often because laser hair removal was cheap, but after they raised the price a lot recently, I stopped going. I also got lip-corner Botox with Xeomin, but it had absolutely zero effect. The people who did the hair-removal treatments were always kind, but the person who did the Botox gave no explanation and was unfriendly.
