I kept wondering if my nose was starting to contract, and then it got a bit serious, so I ended up getting a revision. Now I understand why people get so obsessed with noses when contraction happens.. When the contracture came on, I got irritated just having to go to the hospital for a revision and looking for one was hard too. But I got a recommendation from someone I know, went with trust, and the surgery itself went well. My original silicone was 6 mm, but I changed it to 5 mm and used autologous costal cartilage. Since it was a revision surgery, the result mattered more than the cost.. I didn’t want to do a second revision.. The cost wasn’t insanely high compared to other places, and the result itself made me happy, so I don’t regret spending a single won.
