The director seems to like ear cartilage and prefers a natural aesthetic. He didn’t recommend rib cartilage, and actually said if you go with rib cartilage, you’ll regret it later because of things like visibility. Other places were saying to just go with rib no matter what.. But the office manager is really bad. There wasn’t even any sign of them trying hard to help. Just… I don’t even know why they do this job.
