I consulted with Director Um Jae-ho for my nose and Director Lee Min-young for my eyes, and I had the nose consultation first, then the eye consultation. First, there was no wait, and as soon as I arrived they took photos, printed them out, and the director drew on them while saying something like this line would be good. The before-and-after photos from The Door were all pretty, and especially for me, who has a bulbous nose, I wanted a thinner, more refined look rather than a blunt one, so I looked around for designs like that. But somehow The Door seems to be on the very glamorous side among them.. Unlike other clinics, the silicone height was much higher, and while explaining, the director kept repeating, “high and glamorous no matter what,” so as someone who likes a natural-but-pretty nose, I started worrying, “Wouldn’t it end up too pointy..?” My eye consultation with Director Lee Min-young was good. She said there was no need to do an incision now and that even non-incisional surgery would be enough to get the line I wanted and make it pretty, and she especially shaped the line for me several times, doing it nicely. It felt like she didn’t recommend surgery that wasn’t really necessary. Also, the consultation manager had a good atmosphere, but what felt a bit weird was that when I first went into the consultation room and had a brief talk with the manager, after looking at my eyes and the photos I wanted, she talked as if it had to be an incision. She said if I went non-incisional, I wouldn’t get the look I wanted, but when I actually consulted with the doctor in charge, I was told that non-incisional would still come out pretty nicely.
