I went to this hospital with high expectations because it was famous for contracture and revision surgery, but they prefer silicone so I gave up on the surgery... If they use autologous dermis, it can look spread out, and if they use costal cartilage, they have to make an incision at the very bottom of the ribs, leaving a scar, and they said it can break easily? that it bends easily? so I got the impression they were not confident about the autologous sideㅠㅠ In the middle they kept making a sss-sss sound, and I first thought it was a faint laugh, but since their expression was blank, it seems like a habit.. I kept smiling because I thought they were laughing, so it got awkward..ㅎㅎ The counseling director was very kind so it ended well, but even for revision surgery, this price feels way too expensive for silicone...ㅠㅠㅠ Suddenly they also showed me post-op photos (photos of actually removed adhered skin), and even though I'm someone who often watches surgery videos on YouTube, I was momentarily flustered. People who can't handle gross things would probably be very shocked... From the photos, I'm not a doctor, but I think they are good at removing the cause of contracture, that is, the adhered skin. Judging by the shape of the removed scar tissue (capsule) and the nose shape after surgery, they seem to be technically very good at removal! This isn't really a hospital for pretty reconstruction surgery, but more like a specialized removal hospital..!
