My nose has a low glabella and low bridge, and I was afraid of using an implant, but I just wanted the blunt tip to become a little more straight, so I got a consultation for nose tip surgery without an implant. The staff and the director were kind, and even though I didn't ask that many questions, they explained the basic parts well, so even though it was my first consultation it was fine. I had a CT scan before the consultation, and Director S.J.Y. personally touched my nose and gave me the consultation while looking at the CT images. I also thought I probably didn't have much cartilage, and looking at the CT, they said the septum seemed a bit limited and the ear cartilage was also somewhat limited, but that they could still do the tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They didn't mention rib cartilage at all, so it seems it was sufficiently possible. Maybe because I said I don't have much desire to raise it a lot even though my nose is low, it was possible. Anyway, they said they would raise the tip without making the nose look upturned, and that because my cartilage is small, cartilage tying wouldn't be effective (I thought so tooㅠㅋㅋ). While looking at the CT, they also said my condition was very healthy, with no rhinitis and no deviation of the septumㅋㅋ Still, because my bridge is low, they recommended inserting about 2 mm of silicone even if thin, but said they wouldn't force it if I really didn't want an implant, and that tip surgery alone was also possible. For me, it felt good that they also made recommendations based on their own aesthetic judgment. As I felt on YouTube too, even though he's the head of a private clinic, he gives off a professor-like vibe of constantly reading papers and studying a lot.. He also said there is CCTV and an anesthesiologist on site, and that he was a clinical instructor at Asan Medical Center, so I think he's the type who follows the basics, just my own impression. I saw some reviews here saying aftercare is a bit disappointing, but during the consultation I couldn't really tell.. At the end of the nose consultation, I asked about other things besides nose surgery, and he listened well and gave advice like a real doctor, so my impression was good. However, even for just tip surgery, the price felt a bit expensive, so I'm planning to get consultations elsewhere too.
