I had the silicone removed 5 days ago. After the surgery, they showed me photos and explained everything carefully, one by one. I liked that the director personally handled my aftercare, and my asymmetrical nostrils have been adjusted a lot. It has become much closer to the nose shape I wanted. It's still only day 5, so I have to see how things go after the contraction phase, but I felt strongly that if any problems come up after surgery, they would take responsibility and take care of me. Since surgery is case by case anyway, I usually pay close attention to how a clinic responds if problems arise later, and I don't think the director here would just turn away, so I feel confident.
