I was extremely concerned about my double chin and went in determined to have surgery no matter what, but during the consultation they recommended jawline liposuction. I was persuaded and had it done. They also recommended fat grafting to my chin, but I declined. I paid immediately, set a date, and had surgery. On the day, they took photos, I waited, and then went straight into the operating room. I had not asked who the surgeon was; as soon as I entered, they strapped me to the table and put me under, so I never saw the doctor…. There was no pain, though, and most importantly, they provided aftercare about four times, so the biobonds disappeared quickly. But it became uneven… I think less fat was removed on the left.
