I had a consultation about removal, and because they didn’t say things that exactly like that, I actually felt more trust. At other hospitals, they would just glance over the medical chart I brought and be done, but here they carefully looked through each chart and consulted with me. In the end, they said even if I removed it, they couldn’t guarantee the result, and I was almost refused surgery, but it actually felt like a pretty good consultation.
