At first the manager seemed strong and a bit blunt, so I didn't think much of it, but as we talked more, they seemed confident in the surgical team and kept talking about their experience, which made me trust them. The doctor also didn't push too hard and focused the consultation on my eyes, so I trusted them too. But I'm still going to keep consulting other places, and if possible I'll probably get surgery.
