They explained how the surgery would be done, showed me lots of photos, and kept checking until the end to see if I had any more questions, which I liked. But they said the capsule didn't need to be removed, and if I wanted it removed there would be an extra cost, so as someone who had already decided after reading reviews here that I definitely wanted it removed, that was confusing. The facility was clean, and among the hospitals I had been to, the staff felt the most average, but they weren't rude.
