Director Kang Eun-taek’s consultation was professional, and he seemed to carefully check everything, including the rhinitis test and the septum test. The manager also kept answering my questions until they were all resolved, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. I didn’t get surgery, but since it was my first time with an ENT doctor, the consultation experience was good.
