I've spent about a month looking into secondary nose surgery and have been narrowing down a list and going to consultations. Now that I'm nearing my 40s, I'm scared of using rib cartilage ㅠㅠ so I'm narrowing it down to ear cartilage + septal cartilage only. I went there, had the manager take front, side, and angled photos, then got a CT scan, and then a consultation with the director. My nostrils are uneven from the bottom and from the front, so correcting that is my top priority. They said they could correct the problem I pointed out and that they would match it well for me, and they also drew it out and looked at it in detail. They also showed me after photos, and I liked all of them, so I've marked it as a strong candidate. It's a fixed-price system, so there are no discounts.
