I went in for a nose consultation. I saw the volunteer video too It just felt like a skin clinic. The hospital itself was I made a reservation, but I canceled because I wasn't happy with the materials for some reason, and they wouldn't give me a full refundㅡㅡ even though it had been a month The doctor did the consultation and everything well, but it didn't really grab me
