I had my fourth nose surgery at the chief director’s hands, and the cost, looking back now, felt pretty reasonable. I went because people around me recommended it, but I wasn’t sure about the result.. The shape was round and fleshy, and I didn’t like the pointy look, so I went for revision surgery and ended up with a pig nose The chief director explained the care after surgery and the foreign material that had been inside my nose in detail, and was kind. Later, when I wanted to remove everything again, I asked to take everything out except the ear cartilage, but because the columella incision hadn’t healed well at that time, I’m suffering from the scar now
