It seems like they have planted a lot of brokers in the café, just like the comments below say. I honestly don't know why this place is famous, and they say people come here through word of mouth, but I wonder where that word of mouth is even coming from. The prices are insanely high, and it's definitely not worth that much. The consultation coordinator also recommends other surgeries, and the coordinators keep changing too.
