I consulted about silicone and cartilage removal. The CT fee was 50,000 won, and since I didn’t have active inflammation or contracture at the time, they recommended removing everything and doing a non-implant revision. The doctor was kind and seemed professional, and the cost was 1.8 million won if only the silicone was removed? With several additions, I was given a final estimate of 4.5 million won. I put it on hold because of the burden of revision surgery and the cost.
