I went for a consultation after seeing Director Hong on YouTube. He was as kind and bright as he seemed on YouTube, and I also liked that he explained things in detail in an easy-to-understand way. It was a bit disappointing that the manager seemed to want to finish the consultation quickly, but overall I was satisfied.
