The hospital facilities and the director's consultation were really accurate and all good, and I trusted them, but the manager and the front desk were seriously terrible lol. The manager kept changing what they said, and the front desk would say, 'Yes, we'll take care of it,' just talk, and then do nothing for an hour. The manager even just said, 'We'll give you this and that as a service,' but it didn't seem like they would keep any of it; they only talked as if they would do it. It was the worst... The deposit was also like 10 times higher than other places, so I wondered what was going on, and in the end I thought post-op care and things like that would become a big problem, so I just canceled the reservation.
