The consultation was just as irritable as expected. Remember the diamond shape. When I was being consulted, the diamond shape was the right answer (2022) The doctor's frustration was worse because my nose from the previous surgery wasn't pretty. The shape turned out well. But my nostrils were triangular, and they said they did their best, but it's still triangular. A not-bad triangle? Still, people always tell me my nose is pretty whenever I go out.
