The director explains the surgery method well, listens to the patient's perspective well, and seems to give good feedback on that too. They looked tired because it was right after surgery, but they answered every question one by one, and since it was a revision consultation, they honestly said it would be better to wait and check the progress a little longer before deciding on surgery.
