I had the surgery yesterday, and I think it took a total of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Maybe because I'm not that young, the nurses at the operating table weren't really interested in my mental state Actually, I was just lying there comfortably without thinking about anything, so I didn't feel disappointed at all The line came out clean and nice, and it's day 2, so there's a lot of swelling but no bruising. I had actually asked for an upper canthoplasty, but it seems like the outer corner was opened by 1 mm. I'm just keeping an open mind and planning to wait for the swelling to go down and see how it looks before thinking about it again. Both the doctor and the manager were very kind, and while I was having surgery, the nurse beside me jokingly asked the doctor in a gentle voice when he would work until because her own daughter also needs it, and that made me feel good even during surgery. I don't know whether she was serious....
