It was a place I had been to before, so I trusted it and went, but the manager had changed too,,, The director was busy, and when I kept asking about this and that, he got a little angry at the end... The manager was busy, so during the consultation with the director she came in in the middle and didn't understand it properly, and things like 'you expect too much from me' and 'you're being greedy' were thrown around. Communication just wasn't working well... I want to get consulted again, but I'm scared.
