He seemed extremely busy and kind of worn down by work..? He looked tired haha Still, I liked that he recommended only the procedures I actually needed! And the manager had a pretty strong, no-nonsense older-sister vibe! She suggested putting down a same-day reservation deposit, which felt a bit burdensome, and since I was visiting several clinics at the time and still deciding, I just left!
