This was my first consultation for a skin-related procedure. I told the manager before the consultation with the director, and it seems that message was passed along well. The director explained the basics really well from the start. My biggest concerns were overall loss of firmness and inner dryness, and they explained in detail which combination of lifting laser and skin booster would suit my skin condition, which was a huge help in making my choice. They didn’t just give me one option, but explained realistically the effects and pain level I could expect from each treatment combination, so I felt comfortable during the consultation. There was no pushy sales pitch, and I liked how focused they were just on the consultation. I’m now consulting other places based on this one, but I think I’ll end up doing it here in the end.
