I don't remember the exact estimate, but it didn't feel expensive. The director's consultation was decent, not half-hearted, and the staff were generally kind. But after the consultation, the consultation manager didn't reply to my text, so I just gave up on surgery. Thinking about it now, maybe she had already quit.
