During the consultation, I felt it was mechanical and the explanation wasn't that detailed either, and it felt a bit like they were trying to lecture me. I wasn't offended or treated rudely, but I wasn't drawn in enough to have surgery there, so I didn't do it here. Still, the price wasn't bad.
