슈어스 — patient report

Review

슈어스

I went for a consultation after reading a blog post saying that sagging cheeks could be improved with revision surgery after cheekbone and square-jaw surgery. - One side had supposedly been shaved a lot, but after looking at the CT, they said, “It wasn’t shaved?” At three other hospitals, they all said it had been shaved a lot. - During the consultation, when I asked various questions, they often looked stern. - Rather than explaining things to the patient in detail, I felt like they were pushing their own opinion a lot. - My chin tip length is just right, but they recommended a T-shaped osteotomy of the chin tip. In the end, I’m trusting my judgment and skipping it. And after consulting other hospitals, I concluded that the method described in Sure’s blog could never improve sagging cheeks. Sures’s cheekbone surgery without cheek sagging ultimately uses a method that removes a lot of bone. Even if reconstruction is considered later, there would be too little bone left, making reconstruction difficult. I realized you should never judge based on a blog alone.
