This is a revision nose surgery for a nose without a columella. I went after hearing that the doctor is extremely good at closed rhinoplasty. He was definitely kind and clear in his explanations, and he told me exactly what needed improvement, but the huge price made me back off. I think the fact that they have CT scans and a separate anesthesiologist is a big plus.
