I think they used ear cartilage, 3 mm silicone, and part of the septum, but I disliked my original nose shape, so I told them I wanted the current nose shape even if the bridge had to be lowered. They did say it was possible, but they spoke very cautiously, just like people said on the board. First of all, showing them photos of other people, what stood out to me was that when putting in silicone, if they had shaved down the bridge, they said they would shave the side area instead.
