I like the consultation content and the line the most. When I showed them a photo of the eye I wanted, they matched it to my own eyes accordingly. They said I would need an incision to make it look like that eye, and they shaped the line in a way I liked even more, but I still haven't had double-eyelid surgery and have been holding out with double-eyelid tape...
