The consultation manager is always really awful. Sometimes while talking, she even gets angry at me. The assigned manager was not kind either. The only surgery at Wonjin that was actually okay was the one done by the doctor in charge, who gave a detailed explanation. The surgery itself was decent. The hospital's aftercare is just so-so.... And there are too many people; it always looks crowded. It didn't feel like they were really paying attention to me. The best surgery at Wonjin was the one I had here compared with the other surgeries.
