I went with my mom to look into a lift. The doctor’s consultation was very professional and explained things well. But the manager made me a little uncomfortable! (This probably depends on the person.) She kept asking when I planned to have surgery, saying that day wouldn’t work and that I should do it on another day quickly so it wouldn’t get pushed back further. Everyone may feel differently, but it was a bit uncomfortable! Other than that, the hospital atmosphere and the doctor were fine.
