I had the surgery because I was told they would safely remove the implant. The silicone was removed, and the autologous cartilage at the tip of the nose was left in place after only being slightly reshaped. I think they did handle the removal safely. But it seems they lack aesthetic sense, and seeing how much scar tissue built up, I think they were also technically lacking. The columella angle was originally said to be ideal, but after surgery the columella became very retracted and scar tissue formed at the nasal tip, so now it looks like a pinched nose ㅎㅎ From the side, the angle between the columella and the philtrum is less than 90 degrees~ Aesthetically, it turned into a really unattractive nose.
