The director was really kind, and the consultation manager was also kind and reflects the doctor's opinions well. The front desk and the photo-taking felt a bit formal. The facility was clean and large too. Personally, it feels somewhere between a large and a medium-sized hospital. I went to look into nose surgery, but it does seem like they specialize in breast augmentation.
