About 10 years ago, I had incision surgery plus epicanthoplasty. Actually, I had not thought about epicanthoplasty at all, and I went there only for double eyelids, but they recommended it because of the epicanthal fold. I understood the reason for the recommendation, but my impression changed so much that I’ve been stressed for 10 years and am now considering a revision. The double eyelids have stayed in place without loosening, and the line came out well without looking outdated. People often say my eyes are pretty, but my eyes moved closer together and my expression became sharper, which is disappointing. The goal was to remove the epicanthal fold, but one side of the epicanthal fold remains
