I had a 30-minute consultation on August 2, 2025. I had previously had consultations at Rien and Zena Plastic Surgery, and the directors there explained things kindly. But Director Jeong Seonghun was the opposite. He kept talking only about his own thoughts in the typical Gyeongsang-do old-man condescending tone. Even when I asked questions, he said there was no need for me to know because he would handle everything himself, so I couldn’t ask the next question. He kept talking like a narcissist, saying there was no one better than him at eye correction and no one who explains as well as he does. What annoyed me the most was when he told me to hold up a mirror and open my eyes, and I lifted my head a little more than the angle he wanted, he grabbed my head hard and shook it. No matter how skilled he may be, I didn’t want surgery from someone with such a blunt, forceful attitude. I went because the consultation reviews were good, but maybe he was in a bad mood that day and was especially sharp with me, I don’t know. The director was disappointing, though the head coordinator was really nice. Still, it seemed like he was an expert in eye correction.
