I had my first surgery 10 years ago, and it was really done naturally, just raising the height in a moderate way without side effects...? They used ear cartilage + septal cartilage, but it eventually drooped so I had revision surgery, though it really did come out very naturally, so I recommend it to people who want a natural look ...!!!
