I want to do a flashy nose job, but I don't want my nostrils to show too much, so I want to make them less visible. During the consultation, the director recommended either silicone and ear cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. I'm still debating. I liked that the director spoke with a firm and confident attitude. He seemed to understand the look I wanted very well. I think his long experience is an advantage.
