I had the silicone removed at the end of last year. I had an early correction(?) at the 3-month mark, and although they do charge a separate consultation fee when I visit, they also provide a certain amount of consultation by email or blog, and it gave me the feeling of a 'doctor' that is rare in plastic surgery. If I want, they give me scar tissue injections every time I visit, and even after 6 months from surgery, if I go in for scar tissue injections, they still give them. This is the only private clinic where I've had surgery, but when I go there I feel at ease and think I am receiving treatment, not just sales tactics. The director isn't the type to promote well or be especially good at people skills or service, but they treat you quietly and carefully like a neighborhood clinic. For the tip of my nose, they reused septal cartilage and only extended it a little, and it looks much better than what the previous hospital had made with donor rib cartilage into a ridiculous-looking nose. The head coordinator was also friendly and relaxed in the consultation without pushing deposits or obsessing over discounts, and when I went for follow-up checks they responded well, and after surgery too, every time I went they encouraged me mentally by saying it looked much better.
